Most security problems at private and corporate events are access problems, not incidents. Vendors arrive without credentials, back-of-house doors get propped open during load-in, and nobody can say who is inside the space at 2pm. We solve that at the plan stage: one credentialing scheme for guests, staff, vendors and talent, defined entry and egress points, and camera coverage on every door that matters.

Our surveillance packages use IP cameras on temporary rigging or existing structure, recorded locally and viewable from a mobile monitoring position. Coverage typically includes main guest entry, vendor load-in, gift and registration tables, bar positions, back-of-house corridors and any area holding client property overnight. On multi-day builds in tents or open venues, cameras go live the moment gear lands and stay live until the truck is loaded out.

Because we also install the lighting, power and rigging on most of these jobs, security hardware shares our infrastructure — the same distro, the same truss, the same cable paths. That keeps the install clean, avoids a second vendor walking your venue, and means one crew chief owns the outcome. Every deployment is coordinated with the venue’s own security team and, where required, with local law enforcement and fire marshal requirements.

We work across the East Coast and the Caribbean from our Connecticut production facility, supporting weddings, galas, corporate general sessions, brand activations and expo floors. Scope is always written to the venue and the guest count — we would rather size a system honestly than sell cameras you do not need.

Common questions

Do you provide security guards as well as technology?

We design, install and monitor the technology — cameras, access control, credentialing and the command position — and coordinate directly with licensed guard services and venue security so the two work as one plan rather than two vendors.

How early does the security system go in?

Surveillance is normally live from the first day of load-in, because the highest-risk window for equipment and client property is the build, not the event itself.

Can you cover an outdoor or tented site with no existing infrastructure?

Yes. We run the power distribution and rigging on those builds anyway, so cameras, lighting and network gear all live on infrastructure we control, including generator-backed power for overnight coverage.

What does event security cost?

Cost depends on venue footprint, guest count, number of access points and how many days the site is live. Send us the venue and the schedule and we will scope it — we do not publish flat pricing because no two sites are alike.
