Draping Services FAQ
Everything you need to know about our draping services
How much do draping services cost for weddings and events?
Wedding and event draping pricing varies based on venue size, fabric selection, and the complexity of your vision. We offer packages ranging from basic ceiling treatments to complete venue transformations. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific needs and vision.
How far in advance should I book draping services?
We recommend booking draping services 4-6 months in advance for weddings and 2-3 months for corporate events. This ensures availability during peak season and allows adequate time for custom fabric sourcing, design consultation, and detailed planning. For large installations, earlier booking may be required.
Can you match our wedding colors and theme exactly?
Yes! We specialize in exact color matching and theme coordination. Our design team works with fabric samples and color swatches to ensure perfect coordination with your wedding colors, flowers, and overall aesthetic. We source premium fabrics in virtually any color or texture to match your vision.
Do you handle setup and breakdown of all draping installations?
Absolutely. Our professional installation team handles complete setup and breakdown with precise timing. Installation typically occurs the day before your event, and breakdown happens immediately after. All draping, hardware, and equipment are professionally installed and removed with no damage to your venue.
What venues can accommodate draping installations?
We work with virtually all venue types including ballrooms, barns, tents, outdoor pavilions, historic buildings, and unique spaces. Our team evaluates ceiling height, structural points, and venue restrictions during consultation to ensure safe, beautiful installations that comply with all venue requirements.
Can draping be combined with lighting for enhanced effects?
Yes! We specialize in integrating LED lighting systems with fabric draping for stunning effects. Hidden LED strips can be woven through ceiling treatments, uplighting can highlight fabric textures, and color-changing lights can transform the ambiance throughout your event. This combination creates truly magical atmosphere.
Do you provide draping for outdoor events and tents?
We excel at outdoor event draping using weather-resistant fabrics and secure installation methods. Our outdoor draping services include tent ceiling treatments, perimeter draping for privacy, and wind-resistant installations. We use specialized hardware designed for outdoor conditions and have contingency plans for weather.
What's included in your draping service packages?
Our comprehensive service includes design consultation, fabric selection, custom measuring, professional installation, event day adjustments if needed, and complete breakdown and removal. We also provide fabric pressing, specialized hardware, and coordination with other vendors. Additional services like lighting integration are available.
